Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” Psalm 150:6

– Biblical music begins when we, who are created by God, use the abilities and gifts that we have to serve, worship, glorify, and thank Him.

– Musical instruments are like children in a family, each one has its own personality

– Music is balanced when no single instrument brings attention to itself.

– The best music is harmony where not a single instrument brings attention to itself, but each one does its part and fills its place.

– Musical instruments in an orchestra are similar to the members in the body of Christ: each one has its own attributes and fills its own part.

– The most beautiful music to God’s ears is the music that springs from the depths of a pure heart, not from vocal chords or violin strings.

The components of music are melody, harmony, and rhythm. The underlying factor is rhythm. The One Who gives our life an underlying rhythm is Jesus Christ.
